I am currently using Fotki, and probably will stay there mostly, as I already have loads of pictures there.
I recently set up a Flikr site. I like the ease of editing there, although I find their interface a bit confusing for displaying the pictures.
I also have a Picasa site, where my blog pictures are.
I probably have some other sites, which I have forgotten about at the moment.
